Chapters My notes
Chapter N
Compare care by the answers it gives
Which option has explained the whole process? Use the same questions for each, then set the written answers beside each other.
Start with an empty sheet
Call the options A and B if that makes the comparison easier. Leave gaps visible and keep the answers in the service’s own words.
Person and state permission
Full name and record to check
Assessment
How my concern will be discussed
Reason for treatment
Health problem and other choices to ask about
Research
Study matching the substance and goal
Pharmacy
Name, licence record and pharmacist access
Whole quote
Same period, inclusions and renewal terms
Follow-up
Who answers and who reviews progress
Option A: keep the written answer.
Option B: keep the written answer.
A missing answer is still missing, even if the rest of the offer reads well. Ask what the gap means before treating the options as alike.
Understand what each check tells you
A public doctor record without disciplinary action is not a rating of the care.
Pharmacy accreditation means an outside body checks how a pharmacy makes medicine against national quality standards, including rules for keeping it free of germs.
That check covers the way medicine is made; it does not test every batch or prove what is in your bottle.
It is a different check from a state licence.
A facility’s FDA registration gives its product no approval, as of September 26, 2026.
Let the remaining questions guide you
Read across the sheet. Is the health problem being discussed clearly? Is the pharmacy named? Does the quote cover the same period and include the same parts?
If the proposed goals differ, ask each service to explain its reasoning. A lower headline amount cannot answer a question about the plan itself.
Save notes for options A and B
Keep this in mind
Compare complete explanations over the same period. Keep licence checks, process checks and evidence of benefit as separate questions.
